We use your personal information to provide products and services that you request. We may also notify you of new products and services available, upcoming events, appointment notices, or to communicate with third parties when it is in relation to the services that we provide to you. Third parties may include financial institutions, pet care insurance companies, quality control agencies or regulatory bodies and any references you provide.

 OTHER WAYS WE MAY USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use your personal information internally, to prepare statistical reports that help us to understand the needs of our clients and that help us to understand and manage our business. From time to time we may ask you to complete customer service evaluations.

If you have given us your social insurance number, we may use it for taxation purposes and to help identify you with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, when necessary.

 SAFEGUARDS IN PLACE REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We review our policies regarding client confidentiality and ensure that your personal information is protected against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification regardless of the format it is in. We will ensure that your personal information is not sent through email over the internet and is disposed of by shredding prior to recycling.
